Certain services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions to AI Compliance Hub are billed annually through Stripe. Prices and plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
AI Compliance Hub uses large language models to assist in generating compliance-related content. You acknowledge that:
All website content, product interfaces, branding, and underlying software are the property of Automate 48 or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide as input. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the services you have requested.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automate 48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
